管道预制生产线简述

管道预制生产线可以分为三类

移动车间式管道预制

性能特点：利用移动式厂房；采用详图设计系统软件进行管段产品图纸设计、采用过程管理软件进行预制过程高效精细化管理、采用管道预制坡口加工中心进行高质量的机械坡口加工、采用管道预制组对焊接中心进行管段的快速组对、采用道预制组对焊接中心利用QSPT打底技术进行MIG高效高质量打底焊接、采用SAW进行高效填充盖面焊接、配置充足数量的纵横向物流输送系统、实现安全可靠的地面输送系统
